A townhome builder in Lincoln was in need of a brand refresh. The goal was to give them a more modern look while also featuring the name that many have come to recognize. And we wanted to showcase the quality of their properties so we captured the vibe via video which they can use to give potential clients a look at what life is like in a Smetter Home.
