No one does cakes quite like Tonya and her crew at Cake Creations Omaha. So much so that they were just too busy to handle the flow of orders coming to their Facebook account. Our task was to help alleviate that stress and develop a system that would help keep them organized, while also creating a new website that would grab attention and engage their past and future clients. We achieved this by adding an order form to their new website that funneled all of their order requests into their G-Suite. Also they were moving to a new location, so we created a bunch of different videos to help communicate this to their audience, including some stop motion videos, graphic elements and a new location video. Plus we also ran a social media management campaign to ensure they were getting their message out and showcasing all of the amazing creations they were producing.
